Bruce Fye Antiquarian Medical Books was founded in 1972 and has been located in New York City (1972-1975), Baltimore, Maryland (1975-1978), Marshfield, Wisconsin (1978-2000), and Rochester, Minnesota (since 2000). Reflecting commerce in the early 21st century, we are now internet-based. Most of our stock is available for searching at www.Fyebooks.com. We published 79 catalogues over 3 decades, the last one in 1999 included 5841 items. The founder of the firm, W. Bruce Fye, began collecting books in 1961. He is a member of the Grolier Club and a lifetime member of the American Association for the History of Medicine. Lois B. Fye, who manages the business, has been actively involved in the firm since its inception.
