TERMS OF PURCHASE Prices are net. Established customers and libraries can be billed or pay by check, VISA, or Mastercard. New customers must pay in advance of shipment by VISA, Mastercard or by check (in U.S. dollars drawn on a U.S. bank). Shipping and handling charges are extra. U.S. shipping (by UPS to a street address) is $6.50 for the first title or volume and $3 for each additional title or volume. UPS is our preferred shipper, and there is an additional $3 handling fee per order if you choose to have your order shipped by the United States Postal Service. Overseas customers will be charged for the actual shipping charges plus a $5 handling fee. For overseas orders, please specify Global Priority (uninsured and shipped at customer's risk) or Air Parcel Post (fully insured). Any item may be returned for any reason within 10 days of receipt. |
